Fees - Schedule A
Services
Service Fees apply to each week (or part week) worked.
However, if the timesheet is for less than 7 days and the net invoice value is less than £250, the weekly fee is reduced to 2/3rds of the current weekly fee.
The Fee includes payment into your account on the same day we receive cleared funds from your agency (subject to your bank accepting 'Faster Payments').
Additional Services
Express Payment (Refer to Schedule B for qualifying conditions)
Express Payment to your personal account by 1pm on the day that funds clear into our account is charged at £15 per payment.
Special Clearance
Payment to your personal account by 6pm where funds reach our account after 11am (but before 3pm) is charged at £15 per payment.
Advance payments (Refer to Schedule B for qualifying conditions)
Payments to your personal account in advance of funds clearing into our account are charged at £25 per invoice advanced.
Non-UK payments
Transfer of salary to a bank account not held in the UK from £25 per payment
Payment investigation
We can provide written evidence that a payment has reached its intended destination for £15 per payment.
We can arrange for independent written evidence that a payment has reached its intended destination for £50 per payment.
If the evidence shows the payment did not reach its intended destination, the above costs will be refunded.
