Where a candidate expresses an interest in using our service, we will:
- Explain then benefits of umbrella companies and our service in particular.
- Contact them by phone and provide personalised illustration and information pack by email.
- Keep consultant updated with progress.
When candidates register to use iBalance's service, we will:
- Register candidate by phone or guide them to complete the online form.
- Complete registration and set-up within 1 working hour.
- Provide the candidate with secure login details and immediate access to online services.
- Call the candidate to explain online services and 'what to do next'.
- Email consultant and accounts office with confirmation including bank details and link to corporate documents.
- Call consultant to confirm set-up and discuss any special requirements.
- Sign and return contract sameday by prefered method (email/post or our new online service).
We will need the following from Elan:
- Invoicing email address (if different from standard address).
- Payment terms.
- Emailed remittance advices.
- The contract to sign (preferrably by email to support@iBalance.co.uk).
