Simple
- Registration. We promise to set you up with iBalance within one working hour of receiving your registration form.
- Within the one working hour iBalance will contact you to discuss our service, we will be happy to answer any questions you have.
- We send you a Starters Guide to confirm registration details.
- We will send confirmation to your point of contact at your agency/client confirming set up and we will also call to confirm everything is in place for your first payment.
- We will send you an SMS text message and e-mail confirming that a payment has been made to you.
Efficient
- We promise to answer the telephone within 3 rings.
- We will reply to your e-mails or online messages within 4 working hours.
- Invoices that you raise on our client website will be sent instantly to your agency.
- Invoices e-mailed or phoned in are sent within one working hour.
- iBalance will make payment to you via BACS the same day we receive recognised funds. This takes 2 working days to clear into your account.
- We will contact you after you have raised your first timesheet to make sure your first payment is tax efficient.
- We will monitor expenses claims and provide advice.
- We will SMS/e-mail you if we receive funds that do not match your invoice.
Compliant
- We are fully compliant with the Data Protection act of 1998. All financial records are kept confidential.
